  1. last autumn/winter i tried drying whole peeled persimmons (above my RMH 🙂 This is really great – Dyospiros – food from the gods 🙂
    I didn’t know about submersing them in water – will try this next time…
    And it would be interesting to try khaki juice on clay plaster (another project…)
